This marks the third year for the project, which features McLean County area barns and farm buildings decorated with 8×8′ quilt squares painted on plywood. Activities will include local poets reading original poems about the barn quilts and the auction of 2×2′ painted wooden quilt squares. Guidebooks for the barn quilt sites will be available at noon. The event is free and open to the public. Sponsored through the University of Illinois Extension in Livingston, McLean and Woodford Counties.
