Beef and Spinach Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 4 (8 in.) flour tortillas
  • 1-1/2 c. baby spinach leaves
  • 6 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4 oz. sliced Provolone cheese

Instructions

  • In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish.
  • Spread on one side of each tortilla.
  • Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and Provolone cheese.
  • Tightly roll up.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap.
  • To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
