Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage browned and drained
  • 8 eggs, beaten with 1/4 C. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 C. frozen hash browns crumbled
  • 2 T. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Spread crescent rolls in a 13x9-inch casserole dish.
  • Layer ground sausage, hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, egg mixture and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
