Confetti Casserole: In instructions, no mention is made of potatoes or mixed vegetables. Are these ingredients precooked? Or just added with tomato sauce?

      Thank You

      • Jane,
The frozen vegetables and diced potatoes are added in with the tomato sauce after the cream cheese has melted.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention!
