I use Craisins in cookies, breads and bars, so I decided to get creative with fudge, and they loved it! It’s a nice treat for those who can’t enjoy the traditional chocolate fudges, and also adds color and variety to goodie trays.

      Ingredients

      Instructions

      1. Line 10 X 15 X 1" pan with foil. Spray and smear with butter-flavored cooking spray.
      2. In bowl, dump vanilla chips, walnut pieces and marshmallow crème.
      3. In saucepan stir together sugar, salt and Jello. Stir in evaporated milk. Drop in margarine. Stir and bring to boil.
      4. Stir continuously for 7 minutes on LOW heat.
      5. Pour over the marshmallow crème mixture. Stir until chips are melted. Stir in Craisins.
      6. Pour into prepared pan. Let cool.
      7. Place in refrigerator a few hours until it sets up completely.
      8. Lift out of pan with edges of foil. Flip and peel off foil.
      9. Cut and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
