  1. Mix oats, Rice Krispies, raisins and peanuts together in a large bowl. Set aside. In a saucepan, mix white syrup and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour mixture over the dry mixture and blend well. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Cool about 30 minutes and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
