  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular size muffin cups or use paper baking cups. Stir milk, egg product, oil and dry pudding mix until blended. Stir in Bisquick, poppy seeds and lemon peel until blended. Divide batter equally among muffin cups. Bake 22 to 27 minutes or until light brown. Cool 10 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze and drizzle over muffins. Calories per muffin: 175.
