    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a medium saucepan, mix together first 8 ingredients and the 3 egg yolks.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
    3. Remove from heat and cool COMPLETELY.
    4. Make meringue of 3 egg yolks and 1/2 c. sugar and carefully fold into the cooled mixture.
    5. Pour into baked pie shell.
    6. Chill until set, approximately 2 hours.
    7. Garnish with whipped cream.
