Sherbet Pie

Course Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon your favorite flavor sherbet softened
  • 1 sm. ctn. Cool Whip
  • 1 Nilla Wafer piecrust
  • walnuts crushed
  • fresh strawberries
  • green grapes sliced

Instructions

  • Scoop sherbet into the piecrust.
  • Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle on crushed walnuts.
  • Arrange fruit on top.
  • Store in the freezer until ready to serve. A great and refreshing summer dessert.
