Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Message from Meggin Buitre:

Because these cookies are super moist and soft, I have to make two batches. Not only does my family love them, my co-workers love them as well. When they are baking in the oven, the spices make my home smell like the holidays.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:

Combine Flour, Baking powder, soda, and spices – set aside.
Cream butter, sugar, pumpkin, egg and vanilla – add dry mixture.
Make into walnut size balls, flatten slightly.
Bake 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
