2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup Crisco, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp vanilla
Sift flour, soda, b powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Cream together Crisco and sugar. Add and mix in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients; fold in 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool and ice with following recipe:
Frosting: bring to a boil and cool 3 Tbs butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 tsp milk. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 3/4 teaspoon vanilla.
