Instructions
  1. In soup kettle, saute carrots, celery and onion in butter until tender (about 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients, except peas, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add peas and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. A great way to use leftover roast beef.
