Mom’s Easy Pralines
Ingredients:
1 pkg butterscotch pudding
1 cup sugar
1 /2 cups evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in 1 1 /2 quart sauce pan and
stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
2. Then add 1 1 /2 cup pecans.
3. Cook and stir to full boil and boil 3 to 5
minutes, stirring often until candy reaches soft ball
stage; then remove! from heat.
4. Beat until candy thickens but still looks shiny.
5. Using 2 tablespoons, drop candy quickly onto
wax paper.
Makes 15 pieces.
