Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour and then chopped pecans. Roll in balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly brown. Roll in powder sugar while warm and again when cool.
Display on a holiday plate for a Christmas party, wrap in gift baggies or place a few in a treat gift box for a fun seasonal present!
