Cherry Chocolates

Ingredients:
9-1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Nuts – chopped fine
1 lb. Oleo or butter softened
1 Cup Coconut
Maraschino Cherries – drained
(3) 8 oz packages chocolate chips
1 Cake Parafin
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients above. Form mixture by hand around each individual maraschino cherries. Place into the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Melt the packages of chocolate with the cake of parafin and keep warm/melted. Remove the cherry balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate and place on wax paper so that it can dry. Makes about 8 dozen cherry chocolates.
Gift in a decorative tin or wide mouth mason jar.
