Cherry, Almond and Vanilla Granola

Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup wheat germ, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 3/4 cup sliced almonds, 4 tsp of pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup dried cherries.
Directions:
heat oven to 350f. Line sheet pan with parchment paper. In bowl combine dry ingredients. Add to dry base 3/4 cup sliced almond. In sauce pan combine 1/4 cup maple syrup with 1/4 cup coconut oil and 4 tsp of pure vanilla extract. Heat until oil melts. Combine with oat mixture until well coated. Spread onto sheet pan in even layer and bake until crisp and golden. 15 to 18 min. After baking stir in 1/2 cup dried cherries . Cool and transfer to airtight container. Store up to one month.
