Holiday Gift Cake

Ingredients:
8 OZ. cream cheese 2 1/4 cup flour
1 cup oleo 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
Glaze:
1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon cherry juice
Directions:
Blend cheese, oleo, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Combine 1/4 cup flour with cherries and nuts, coating them well and fold into batter. Pour into greased individual loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done, depending on size of pan. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan and top with glaze and additional cherries and nuts.
