Goulash
Mamma Mia!
Pasta. Linguine, spaghetti, angel hair, ditalini, rigatoni, penne and the list goes on. It’s a favorite of young and old alike, whether it’s smothered in sauce, stuffed or layered. It is versatile and can be as simple as topping it with a bit of olive oil and Parmesan or making homemade Bolognese sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef or turkey
- 3 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 large Yellow onion diced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2-1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 15-ounce cans Tomato sauce
- 2 15-ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In large pan, saute meat over medium high heat until half cooked, remove from heat.
- Add garlic, onion, olive oil and continue to cook until meat is fully cooked. Add water, broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, seasoned salt, pepper and adobo seasoning. Mix well.
- Lower heat and cover, allow to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add uncooked macaroni to pan, stir well, cover and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
- Just before serving, add mozzarella cheese.
