Asian Slaw with Peanut-Ginger Dressing

Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients and stir until peanut butter is dissolved.
In a large bowl, combine all the slaw ingredients.
Add dressing and toss well.
Let sit for 10 minutes to allow vegetables and noodles to absorb dressing.
