Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2
cup
butter
softened
2
cups
granulated sugar
3
T.
all-purpose flour
1
tsp.
vanilla
3
large
eggs
1
cup
buttermilk
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 F.
In medium bowl, blend together butter and sugar.
Add in flour and mix.
Add vanilla and eggs and blend well.
Mix in buttermilk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 5 minutes. Lower oven to 350 F and bake 40-45 minutes.
Cool.
