Bean & Bacon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz. can kidney beans drained
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage or more if preferred
  • 1/2 c. Celery diced
  • 2 T. parsley finely chopped
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 c. onion finely chopped

DRESSING

  • 1 T. Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 T. sugar

Instructions

  • Mix together all salad ingredients. Set aside.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour over salad and toss lightly.
