Cajun Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 t. poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 t. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. peper
  • 1/8-1/4 t. Cayenne pepper
  • 1-1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 2 T. margarine

Instructions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first 6 ingredients.
  • Add chicken and shake to coat.
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken in margarine for 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear.
