Gluten Free Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut flakes
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place scoops of cookie dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes or until bottom of cookie is lightly browned.
  • Makes 18 cookies.
