Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut

Water

potato
grated
pinch
Salt

sugar
to taste

onions
chopped
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet and fry chopped onions, add sauerkraut and simmer 2 minutes.
Add water, sausage, potato, carrot, salt and sugar and cook until done.
