Spinach Pasta Toss

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes undrained
  • 2 C. multi-grain penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1 sm. pkg. baby spinach leaves
  • 1 C. chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 C. Italian three-cheese blend shredded

Instructions

  • Bring tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir.
  • Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and simmer 1 minute or just until pasta is tender.
  • Serve topped with cheese.
