Spinach Pasta Toss
Ingredients

(14-1/2 oz.) can
Italian-style diced tomatoes
undrained

C.
multi-grain penne pasta
uncooked
1
C.
Water
1
sm. pkg.
baby spinach leaves
1
C.
chicken breast
cooked and shredded
1
C.
Italian three-cheese blend
shredded
Instructions
Bring tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir.
Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover and simmer 1 minute or just until pasta is tender.
Serve topped with cheese.
