In a large pan, saute meat over medium high heat until half cooked, remove from heat.
Add garlic, onion, olive oil and continue to cook until meat is fully cooked. Add water, broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, seasoned salt, pepper and adobo seasoning. Mix well.
Lower heat and cover, allow to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add uncooked macaroni to pan, stir well, cover and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
