Ingredients
3cupscooked mashed sweet potatoes
3eggs
1-1/4teaspoonsvanilla
1/2cupgranulated sugar
3/4cupmelted butter
1/3cupwhole milk
Topping:
1cuplight brown sugar
1/3cupflour
1cupchopped pecans
1/3cupmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Put in a buttered 12x12-inch casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients and crumble on top of sweet potato casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Tastes like dessert rather than a vegetable side dish; really easy.
