Delightfully Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 12 lemons

Instructions

  • Prepare simple syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves without boiling the mixture. Set aside to cool. Slice 2 cucumbers and place in a food processor and pulse until there is only pulp. Strain the liquid. Juice 12 lemons. Mix the simple syrup, cucumber liquid and lemon juice together in a large pitcher. Pour over a tall glass of ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber and wedge of lemon.
