Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese any kind
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 zucchinis peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup peeled & chopped carrots

Instructions

  • Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13 greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
