Cinnamon Coffee Bars

mini chocolate chips

cup
chopped walnuts
Glaze

powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoons
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg and beat well. Beat in coffee.
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread into a well-greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk to achieve a glaze consistency. Drizzle over warm bars.
Cool completely before cutting. *Can use regular chocolate chips up to 1 cup.
