Grilled Pineapple Spears

  • 1 pineapple cut into spears
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon


  • In a Ziploc bag, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Add pineapple spears and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Place spears on grill set to medium-heat and turn often until all sides are grilled. Remove and serve.
