Grandma Sue’s Cheese Potatoes

  • 1- lg. bag frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1- 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1- 10 oz. can Cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1- stick margarine
  • 1- 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese


  • Grease a 9x13” pan and spread out hash browns and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese, butter, soup and milk; pour over hash browns and top with cheese.
  • Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
  • Remove cover and allow to brown for 10-15 minutes.
