Cook fatty pork in skillet until browned, add lean pork and brown. Cook onion with garlic, add cabbage, salt to taste and add soy sauce to taste, 3 or 4 shakes. Add carrots, celery, black pepper to taste and about 7 shakes of soy sauce. Let simmer until all vegetables are tender. Cook noodles according to package directions (discard spice package). Drain and add to pork and vegetables. Serve with soy sauce. Original recipe is from the Philippines.
