Peanut Butter n Honey Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
Instructions
- Cream shortening, honey and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, peanut butter and salt and mix.
- Add flour and baking soda and mix well.
- Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press with fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Makes 2 dozen.
