Pickle Wrap Dip

Course Appetizer


  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 1 t. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. dill pickles drained and finely chopped
  • 5 oz. dried beef finely chopped


  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings in a bowl and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in pickles and beef.
  • Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with a variety of crackers or fresh veggies.
