Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the flour, sugar and salt. Mix in softened butter.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice and zest. Add to the flour mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. (You can double the recipe and bake in a 9x13-inch pan for 30 minutes).
Remove from oven and let cool.
Combine all glaze ingredients and spread over cooked brownies.
