Tomato Canapés

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. finely diced tomatoes no seeds
  • 2 t. onion chopped
  • 1 t. chopped basil
  • 1 dash Garlic Salt
  • 1 pkg. mini phyllo shells
  • 1/2 c. packed shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 4 T. real bacon pieces

Instructions

  • Thaw phyllo shells from freezer according to package directions.
  • Mix tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic salt, cheese, mayo and bacon pieces.
  • Fill each shell with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
