In a 2 quart casserole with lid, mix squash cubes, apple slices and flour.
In separate container, mix melted butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Pour over squash and apples.
Place lid on casserole and microwave 8 minutes on high. Remove lid; stir.
Replace lid and microwave an additional 8 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
