Apple Streusel Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter melted
  • 1 c. finely diced apples unpeeled
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 T. apple butter
  • Ground pecans

Instructions

  • Stir together dry muffin ingredients and set aside.
  • Combine eggs, sour cream, butter and apples. Add to dry ingredients.
  • Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
  • Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of each muffin.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
