Beef and Spinach Pinwheels
Ingredients

oz.
cream cheese
softened

tsp.
prepared horseradish

(8 in.)
flour tortillas
1-1/2
c.
baby spinach leaves

oz.
thinly sliced deli roast beef
4
oz.
sliced Provolone cheese
Instructions
In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish.
Spread on one side of each tortilla.
Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and Provolone cheese.
Tightly roll up.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
