Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9x13" pan, set aside.
In large bowl combine buttermilk baking mix, cheese, parsley, salt and marjoram.
With fork, stir in eggs and oil until just mixed.
Fold in zucchini, onion and garlic.
Spread batter into pan; bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before cutting.
May reheat at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or if frozen, 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
