Smoke House Cauliflower Medley

Course Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 med. head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/4 lb. Bacon cooked and cut into pieces
  • 2 oz. jar Pimentos sliced and drained
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 T. water
  • 1 T. Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until cauliflower is crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
