Chicken Waldorf Salad


  • 1-1/2 c. prepared slaw dressing
  • 2 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ribs celery diced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple diced
  • 1 c. cashews crushed
  • 1 c. grapes quartered


  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and saute until done (7 minutes per side).
  • In the meantime, mix dressing, celery, grapes, apple and cashews.
  • When the chicken is cooled, dice it into ΒΌ inch cubes and add to the mixture.
