Chicken Waldorf Salad
Ingredients

c.
prepared slaw dressing
2
lbs.
boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2
ribs
celery
diced
1
Granny Smith apple
diced
1
c.
cashews
crushed
1
c.
grapes
quartered
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and saute until done (7 minutes per side).
In the meantime, mix dressing, celery, grapes, apple and cashews.
When the chicken is cooled, dice it into ΒΌ inch cubes and add to the mixture.
