Iced Cappuccino


  • Starbucks espresso
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1-1/2 c. vanilla syrup
  • 1-1/2 gallons milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved chocolate


  • Brew 10 cups coffee using 1 c. Starbucks espresso and 10 cups water.
  • Mix vanilla syrup with the sugar.
  • Pour the hot coffee over the sugar mixture. Stir in milk.
  • Serve over ice. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Can use skim milk, sugar free syrup and sugar substitute to cut calories.
