Grilled Summer Vegetables

zucchini
cut into 1/4" slices

yellow squash
cut into 1/4" slices

white onion
cut into coarse chunks

Portobello mushrooms
sliced

tsp.
Italian seasoning

tsp.
garlic salt
1/2
tsp.
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Italian oil and vinegar dressing
Instructions
Prepare and combine all ingredients. Toss to mix. Best flavor is when cooked on a grill in a vegetable cooking basket. Stir frequently, don’t overcook.
