Grilled Summer Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 med. zucchini cut into 1/4" slices
  • 2 med. yellow squash cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1 lb. white onion cut into coarse chunks
  • 1 sm. pkg. Portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
  • 2 T. Italian oil and vinegar dressing

Instructions

  • Prepare and combine all ingredients. Toss to mix. Best flavor is when cooked on a grill in a vegetable cooking basket. Stir frequently, don’t overcook.
