Iced Cream Crunch

Ingredients

  • 4 C. crushed cornflakes
  • 1 C. coconut
  • 1 c chocolate chips chopped small
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 3/4 C. butter
  • 1/2 gallon softened ice cream

Instructions

  • Melt brown sugar and 3/4 cup butter and pour over cornflakes, chocolate chips and coconut; blend.
  • Put half mixture into a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Then place softened ice cream on top and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top and freeze.
