Ingredients

chicken breast halves
boneless, skinless

Onions
chopped

garlic
minced

(4-oz.) cans
chopped green chilies

ground cumin

tsp.
cayenne pepper

tsp.
dried oregano

cans
Great Northern Beans
drained
20
oz.
Monterey Jack cheese
shredded
Instructions
Cook cubed chicken breast and onion in a stockpot until onion is transparent.
Stir in garlic, green chilies, cumin, cayenne, pepper, oregano, beans and cheese.
Simmer until cheese melts.
