Mocha Punch

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 qts. water
  • 1/2 C. hot chocolate powder drink mix
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. instant coffee, decaffeinated or regular
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  • Boil water and dissolve drink mix, sugar and coffee in water.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir ice creams together until smooth.
  • Combine ice cream with the chocolate/coffee mixture in a punch bowl.
  • Serve, garnishing each serving with whipped topping.
