Creamy Orange Salad

Course Salad


  • 1 sm. pkg. cook tapioca pudding
  • 1 sm. pkg. cook vanilla pudding
  • 1 sm. pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 (8-oz) ctn. Cool Whip
  • 1 lg. can mandarin oranges drained


  • Boil water in a medium saucepan. Add puddings and Jell-O, stirring constantly until mixture is thick. Cool in refrigerator until slightly jelled. Once cooled, stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving for best results.
