2cupsall-purpose baking mixlike Bisquick
1/3cupsugar
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
1egglightly beaten
2/3cupmilk
1cupcinnamon baking chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, just until moistened. Divide evenly in muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes or until just browned. Cool slightly and remove from pan to finish cooling.
